Our predominantly "ether" based films give the skin the opportunity to regenerate under the best conditions. They are breathable, moisture regulating and can be equipped with antibacterial properties, offer excellent hydrolysis and microbial resistance and thus very actively support the healing process. Particularly pronounced freedom of movement is just as much a part of this as puncture resistance and resistance to mechanical stress in order to contribute to an overall concept that promotes wound healing.
Hydrocolloid dressings
Polyurethane carrier films can be used universally as carrier films for wound dressings and other applications for skin protection. Our polyurethane carrier films have good adhesion properties to hydrocolloid layers, which effectively absorb wound secretions and ensure an optimal ratio of moisture to the wound. Of course, the film systems are also impermeable to bacteria.
Surgical film (incision film)
Our polyurethane films are impermeable to moisture and germs. This means that they do justice to their task even during longer processes in the operating theatre. In addition, the material is very abrasion-resistant and puncture-proof. Contact with many liquids (e.g. for sterilisation) does not impair the function of the film.
The incision films, which were developed for use in the operating theatre, can be excellently further processed using ultrasound, high frequency and heat and thus integrated into the overall composite.
Protective clothing for the operating theatre
By means of extremely resistant adhesive materials, we realise laminates with liquid-repellent nonwovens against moisture penetration and germ migration in contract work. The laminates are characterised by a comfortable feel for comfortable working.

Filter media play a major role in the purification of air. Our services include the production of gas-tight film composites, as well as coating by means of hot-melt adhesive materials for further processing.
For the attachment of cannulas, our repertoire of tapes/tapes is at your disposal, for which we carry out both the film production and the coating with skin-compatible adhesives in-house.

Gel Cushion / Massage Table Skin
Gel cushions have found a wide range of applications from mattresses, to shoe inserts and shoulder pads, to neck pillows and much more. A highly stable polyurethane film is used as the outer shell for the gel variants used, which adapts to the mechanical movements in the same way as the gel does. Adaptable, flexible and dimensionally stable over thousands of pressure cycles - this is what characterises our films used as the cover for gel products.
Breast prostheses
After an intervention in the breast area, breast prostheses made of silicone with a TPU outer shell serve to compensate for any unevenness. The combination of silicone with a polyurethane film results in a particularly skin-like feel and high skin compatibility. Through many years of our own development work, we have developed various types of foils which, in addition to the technical requirements, also guarantee unique wearing comfort.
