Gerlinger Industries hot melt adhesive films are available based on CoPolyamide (CoPA), CoPolyester (CoPES) as well as Polyolefins (PO).

Activation temperatures from 70 °C up to 185 °C and compatibility with a wide range of other substrates allow us to meet every requirement precisely.

With selected CoPolyester grades, a permanent heat resistance of up to 160 °C can be achieved. Especially the reliable bonding of or with metals and other natural substrates can be carried out by hot-melt adhesive films based on copolymers. Hot-melt adhesive foils

The films are activated by heat, ultrasound, high frequency or pressure. The energy input causes hot-melt adhesive films to become liquid and wet surrounding substrates and surfaces.

The adhesive joint is solidified and ready for use within a few seconds by cooling the film.
