We are looking for:

Project Manager Research & Development (m/f/d)

For many years, our technical film products have been attracting consistently growing interest from customers with international operations. For us as a supplier of individual plastic products, research & development plays a key role.

The focus on individual plastic products across various application industries (such as medical, automotive, functional textiles) not only contributes to our continuous growth, but also offers unlimited opportunities to all creative minds in our development. You will have the freedom to design and further develop both new products and processes with creativity and creative power. You will be part of a well-established team and will be allowed to work on varied and exciting projects every day. In doing so, you will have the full backing of all other departments, such as sales, purchasing and, of course, management.

Your tasks

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution of development projects
Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal teams and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop project schedule to monitor and track progress, share with clients and other staff, and manage changes to project scope and schedule
Participation in research projects in cooperation with universities and colleges
You will conduct market research with regard to new technologies and materials, especially biologically based plastics.
Maintenance and implementation of the integrated management system ISO 9001:2015
Close cooperation with the departments and support in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
Participation in the creation of internal quality guidelines and production standards

Sales Representative (m/f/d)

For many years, we have been realising consistent and solid growth on the international markets in the field of engineering plastics. In order to be able to guarantee our customers close and in-depth support in the coming years as well, we are looking for reinforcement in sales with immediate effect.

We offer you space in an expanding company where you can actively contribute. Our products consistently meet with a high level of interest and open ears, which is why the acquisition of new customers is particularly enjoyable. A trained and committed team in administration and development will support you in the projects so that you can concentrate fully on customer contact. The collegial cohesion within our sales team is also one of our greatest strengths. You will benefit from the expertise of other sales managers, especially during your first projects. Your tasks

Support, maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
Joint development of technical solutions together with our customers
